This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, rewarding you for the value you bring to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of SkyeHI Technologies’ services, including software development and consultancy offerings.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding client pain points and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and business objectives.
  • Drive the sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Provide feedback to the product and delivery teams to refine service offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting role, preferably in the software development or IT services industry.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and explain software development concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role, with earnings directly tied to the value of the projects you bring in. The commission structure is designed to provide unlimited earning potential based on performance.
